If you have any concerns about your water intake, be sure to talk to your doctor. There are several factors that determine the amount of water you should drink each day, including your age, activity level, and climate. However, most adults should aim to drink about 8 glasses of water per day. Water can also be obtained from sources such as fruits, vegetables, and soups.
